Experiences
Dr. Beniwal’s research interests are: Materials Science, Composite Materials, Thermal Properties of Materials, Heat Transfer, Solar Thermal. He has 36 years professional experiences in his field of interest. Dr. Beniwal has published a large number of research papers in international SCI journals. He has edited two books and contributed in four books. He has guided many students for their PG programs and evaluated a number of Ph. D. Theses. Dr. Beniwal is the reviewer of a number of international scientific research journals and the member of the Editorial Boards of more than 10 journals. He is a member of several scientific professional Societies and various national and international scientific committees. Dr. Beniwal delivered keynote speeches, invited talks, lectures, presented papers and chaired the technical sessions in various conferences. He has attended more than 80 conferences. Recently, he visited: Taiwan, Portugal, China, Poland, Turkey, Malaysia where delivered the Keynote Speeches and chaired the technical sessions in international conferences. He served as Editor-in-Chief of IETE Technical Review, Research Journal of IETE, IETE Journal of Education, Indian Journal of Technology. He has been the Founder Editor of Indian Journal of Engineering & Materials Sciences and Indian Journal of Chemical Technology.
Main Research Activities Dr. Beniwal’s areas of research interest are Materials Science, Composite Materials, Thermal Properties of Materials, Heat Transfer, Solar Thermal and Science Communication. He has been involved in dissemination of science and technology information, science editing, science writing, creating awareness of S&T developments and inculcating scientific temper to the masses. |
